She is co-founder and director of Making Our Milk Safe (MOMS), a grassroots organization founded by nursing mothers to address the threat of toxic chemicals in human breast milk. MOMS engages in education and advocacy campaigns aimed at reducing exposures to toxic chemicals in the environment, in our bodies, and in mother’s milk.
