Mary Anna Dennard is a nationally recognized college audition coach and the founder of collegeauditioncoach.com, the first ever Online Prep for college performing arts applicants In addition to authoring the I GOT IN! book series, you might recognize her writings for the New York Times theatre section, Theatermania, Backstage, Educational Theatre Association, and Getacceptd. She also conducts master classes throughout the country and serves as a guest instructor for the Broadway Dreams Foundation, Broadway Teachers Workshop, Dallas Summer Musicals, Making It On Broadway and The Performing Arts Project. She received her training at The American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco and in 1980, began working as a casting director in Los Angeles. Her fifteen years of casting credits have garnered Clios, Emmys, a Peabody Award, and Academy Awards. Dubbed “The Princeton Review For College Theatre Auditions”, since 2000, she has coached hundreds of high school students all over the country who have been accepted into the most prestigious college programs in the US and Europe. Many have gone on to have successful careers in the recording industry, on TV, in movies and on Broadway.
