Massimo LoBuglio is a partner at the Little Cupcake Bakeshop. Prior to LCB, he worked as a community organizer helping launch Energy Action, a coalition of over 600 campuses pushing climate neutrality in North America. As part of SustainUS, he participated in several official U.S. youth delegations to high level United Nations conferences like the General Assembly and Commission on Sustainable Development. He was also personally trained by former Vice President Al Gore to be a certified climate lecturer.
