Matt Kidd serves as the Executive Director of Reaching Out MBA, the global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing LGBT MBA students and professionals. Over the past four years as Executive Director Matt has overseen the transformation of the Reaching Out from the annual ROMBA Conference to a year-round organization with initiatives that include Out Women in Business, the LGBT MBA Fellowship, on-campus programming, global initiatives including Reaching Out Brazil, and immersive career programming for students. Matt is a recipient of Leadership Fellow in the Arcus Foundation’s Social Justice program and has a MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
