Matt Raab is the Program Director of School on Wheels, Inc. He is a former elementary school teacher who has worked for School on Wheels in many different capacities since 2004. He has over twelve years of experience working with homeless and at- risk children. As Program Director, he develops and oversees the infrastructure of the program and supports team members in doing outreach to families, partner organizations and donors in the community. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary education from Penn State University.
