Matt Turner is an up and coming freelance political commentator who is currently studying at The University of Nottingham. He is also the Assistant Editor of new media website EvolvePolitics. Matt has become a regular contributor at The Independent. Additionally, he is making his mark on both sides of the Atlantic - contributing to a plethora of online outlets including but not limited to The Hill, Daily Kos, The Morning Star and Novara Media. In doing so, he received a mixture of adoration and disdain from America's favourite right-wing halfwit Rush Limbaugh. Although Limbaugh suggested Matt is "delusional" (pot calling the kettle black, perhaps) - he also admitted Matt's coverage of Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primary was "instructive and eye-opening." Matt is also a regular pundit on Russia Today, having first appeared as a guest on George Galloway's 'Sputnik' to discuss the #LabourCoup, and then several times on RT UK News.
