Matte Scheinker is driven by an obsession to understand the design decisions behind products and the specific human needs they address. It’s a desire that guides his Hightail product strategy—every feature and experience his team creates must solve real problems. Prior to Hightail, Matte was Vice President of Consumer Experience and Commerce at AOL and prior to that he led the Yahoo user experience teams responsible for communication and community products. Matte lives in San Francisco with his lovely baker wife and impossibly adorable daughter.
