Matthew Greenfield is managing partner of Stonework Capital, a socially responsible hedge fund based in New York City. In his spare time, he is an angel investor who sits on the boards of two software-as-a-service businesses, Ascentis and Dauphin Health, and holds investments in several educational software companies. In a previous life he was a literary critic. He received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in English from Yale University, taught at Bowdoin College and the City University of New York, and published in such journals as the Paris Review, Raritan, Tikkun, PMLA, and English Literary Renaissance.
