Mr. Matthieu Pigasse serves as the chief executive officer of Lazard Financial Advisory in France at Lazard Ltd. Mr. Pigasse served as the vice chairman of European Investment Banking at Lazard Ltd., since September 20, 2006. He has been a director of Derichebourg since October 25, 2005. Mr. Pigasse has been a member of Supervisory Board of Natixis Corporate & Investment Bank since March 22, 2005. Mr. Pigasse serves as member of the Supervisory Board and director of Groupe Lucien Barrière SAS. He served as a member of European Advisory Board of Lazard Ltd. Mr. Pigasse has been a director of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc since November 29, 2011.
