Mayra Rubio Limon migrated to the U.S. with her family when she was just three-months-old. She is now 22. She lives in Homestead, Florida and is a student, and DACA recipient, at Miami Dade College getting her Bachelor’s in Business. She is an active advocate for comprehensive immigration reform and is a SWER (students working for equal rights) member. Currently, Mayra works at a fruit stand with her parents in Homestead, but hopes to own her own business one day.
