Lisa Smith Molinari, a 23-year Navy wife and mother of three, writes the award-winning blog and weekly column, “The Meat & Potatoes of Life.” Her essays on parenting, marriage and military life have been published by The Washington Post, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, The Providence Journal, The Huffington Post, and multiple newspapers, magazines, and anthologies. Her weekly column is carried by approximately 20 military base and civilian newspapers across the United States, to include Stars and Stripes, the newspaper for the US Armed Forces.
