Meg Urisko

Research Technician, Freer House, Merrill-Palmer Skillman Institute

After graduating from high school, Meg Urisko spent two years working at not-for-profits in New York City, including City Year, GLAAD and the Open Society Institute. She returned to her home as a student at the University of Michigan, and through her studies became involved with historic preservation in Detroit. Shortly after graduating with an honors degree in History of Art, she spent six months in Paris. Now back in Detroit, she currently works as a Research Technician at the Freer House, Merrill-Palmer Skillman Institute, as division of Wayne State University.
