Meghan O'Keefe

Comedian and writer

Meghan O'Keefe grew up in Wilmington, Delaware where she was nerdy, unpopular and everything else that makes a miserable child, but a moderately successful adult. Now she is a stand up comic, improviser and writer who lives and drinks in New York.

Her writing has appeared on such websites as Hello Giggles, The Hairpin, Splitsider and The FW. She is currently a writer and performer on the PITtv team Codswallop. She also produces a monthly stand up show, Amazeballs!, at the Parkside Lounge with Babe Parker and the improv show, Honey Badger, at the People's Improv Theater. She has studied comedy writing and performance at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, the People's Improv Theate, Annoyance, Magnet Theater, ImprovBoston and the Central School of Speech & Drama. She is also the writer and editor of My Mom Watches Game of Thrones, which is a blog about how her mom watches Game of Thrones.

One time, Grazia.it published a profile of her without telling her. You can stalk her at twitter.com/megsokay or on megsokay.tumblr.com.
