Melissa Radzimski is the senior engagement editor on the audience team. She oversees the programming team –– a group of individuals focused on video distribution and social media engagement strategies. She has been on HuffPost's audience team since 2015, packaging, editing and distributing content primarily for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube and other platforms. Beyond social media, she also helps oversee video distribution for O&O and packaged OTT content for platforms. She also occasionally writes, with a special focus on LGBTQ issues and pop culture. Melissa serves as the communications director for Prism, the LGBTQ employee resource group at Verizon Media, the parent company of HuffPost. She once talked on stage at the Castro Theater in San Francisco at the prestigious "Lesbians Who Tech" conference and has been a proud member of NLGJA (National Lesbian And Gay Journalist Association). Previous to HuffPost, Melissa worked at Business Insider as a social media editor and a coordinator at World Science Festival. She lives in New York.
