Michael J. Formica is a counselor, integral life coach, teacher and self-development expert. He has been part of the helping and healing profession for over 25 years. Michael attended Columbia University, Teachers College, where he was awarded a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and a Masters of Education in Clinical Psychology. He also holds a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of Hartford.
