Michael Perman

Michael galvanizes teams to think differently, leading to prosperity and evolution. He's the founder of C'EST WHAT?, the Mindful Innovation firm based in San Francisco. Michael is a certified futurist and has deep experience in building cultures of creativity and innovation. Michael was originally trained as a chef and he's devoted his career to the creation of anything new. He's worked with almost every category of food, as well as fashion, retailing and sustainability. Michael's career has focused on innovation with large brands, including Gap, Levi's, Banana Republic, Adidas, Del Monte, Google, Nike and Starbucks. He's also worked with emerging brands. Michael is currently working on a new book called: C'EST WHAT? - Craving Creativity Connection - exploring the relationship between craving and how are minds work to establish creative culture.
