Michael Serota

Lawyer, writer

Michael Serota is a lawyer and writer. He holds a law degree from Berkeley Law School, and has worked as a law clerk for two federal judges. He has taught introductory courses on law to high school students through Georgetown University Law Center’s Street Law Clinic and Berkeley Law’s Advocates for Youth Justice Program.

Michael also writes regularly on law, politics, and philosophy. His work has appeared in scholarly journals such as the California Law Review, the Harvard Law & Policy Review, and the Yale Law Journal Online, as well as in news outlets such as USA Today, the Christian Science Monitor, and the National Law Journal.
