Michael Shvartsman

Michael Shvartsman is a Business Opportunity Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration. He has worked for the International Division at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the International Trade Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Michael began his career as an Organizational Development Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps. For two years, he trained leaders of Ninotsminda Community Radio Nor in the Republic of Georgia. Michael's published works include, "Revisiting the Eurasian Market" and "A Vision for Ukraine's Knowledge Economy." Michael holds a Master of Public Administration and Certificate in International Economic Relations from American University in Washington, D.C.
