Michelle Maldonado

Michelle Maldonado is a former corporate attorney turned business development and operations professional. With experience building and leading conscious, compassionate and successful teams, she brings the "how" of what she does to everyday endeavors across the e-learning, technology, online media and other industries in her service as Associate Vice President of Corporate & Strategic Relationships for an online learning institution.

She is passionate about helping people find their leadership vectors in order to help influence change at the "glocal" level. Through her work, Michelle shares concepts of leadership authenticity and its natural convergence with emotional intelligence, mindfulness, principles of conscious capitalism and other practices to inspire personal and workplace transformation. Michelle lives in the Washington, DC metro area with her husband and their ten-year old son.
