Michelle Tennant Nicholson

Award-winning author, human development expert and publicist

A lifelong storyteller, Michelle has been spinning stories and coloring outside the lines since age 5 when her dad criticized her crayon masterpiece. Forgetting dad's advice on how to achieve artistic perfection but remembering his words, "I just want you to be happy," she's been pursuing how people find health, wealth and love in the 21st century. With a master's degree in human development from Pacific Oaks College and a bachelor of fine arts from the Goodman School of Theater at DePaul University, Michelle creates her life with a process she coined, The Art of Aha (orchestrating epiphanies to move through difficult life challenges). Every day, she spins news stories at her PR firm, Wasabi Publicity Inc. with notables like HuffPostLive, the Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America, NPR, Oprah, Ladies Home Journal, Larry King Live, Time Magazine, Fox & Friends, the Associated Press and many other top media venues. She colors her life with adventure by teaching Spinning at her local gym, paddling whitewater and off-road motorcycling the Smoky Mountains where she lives with her husband, Siberian husky and six backyard chickens.
