Miguel Santos

Miguel Angel Santos is a senior research fellow at the Center for International Development at Harvard. He holds an MBA degree from Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Administracion, two M.Sc. degrees in economics and specialized economic analysis from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a masters in public administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Ph.D. in economics from Universidad de Barcelona. In 2013, he was the head of the macroeconomic policy team for presidential candidate Henrique Capriles Radonski in the Venezuelan elections.
