Mike Bellamente

Managing Director, Green Alliance

Mike is the co-owner and managing director of the Green Alliance, a New Hampshire-based network of businesses and consumers actively working toward a sustainable future. Prior to taking over the Green Alliance, Mike served as Head of Consumer Engagement for CDP, a global repository of corporate environmental data. Bellamente has written extensively on the topic of corporate sustainability with his work appearing in publications including, the Guardian, Huffington Post, GreenBiz.com, Sustainable Brands, CR Magazine, Grist and the Portsmouth Herald. Following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010, Bellamente was named to the White House-led economic solutions team to conduct impact analyses for oil-impacted communities. In February 2012, he was named to Ethisphere’s list of 100 most influential people in business ethics. Mike received an MBA in International Business from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in marketing from Plymouth State University.
