Mike Miley is a good Cajun boy from Lafayette, LA. He earned his BA in English Writing from Loyola University New Orleans and his MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute. He has written and directed several award-winning short films that have screened at film festivals and aired on cable networks worldwide. His film criticism has been published in Bright Lights Film Journal, Scope, and Film International. He teaches high school Literature and Film Studies and hangs out with his wife and kids.
