Mila N. Becker, Esq. is a 3+ year breast cancer survivor. For the last 20 years she has worked in government relations for non-profit health related organizations. She currently is the Senior Director for Government Relations, Practice, & Scientific Affairs at the American Society of Hematology (ASH). Before coming to ASH, she worked as a senior lobbyist for the AARP where she was responsible for prescription drug and other high priority health issues, and she was director of public policy for Partnership for Prevention, a coalition dedicated to disease prevention and health promotion. She and her husband are raising two daughters and future health advocates in the Washington, DC area.
