Miles Atkinson lived, traveled and studied in the former Soviet Union for more than two years. He lived throughout Russia- from the Far east and Siberia to the ancient cities of the west- and has spent time in Ukraine, Tajikistan, Georgia, and several other former Soviet Republics. He is currently living in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
