Miles J. Feldman is the co-chair of the Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments at the Los Angeles-based law firm of Raines Feldman LLP; he is the co-author of “Invasion of Privacy, Stalking and Harassment,” Entertainment Litigation (Oxford University Press 2010) and “Towards Clearer Standard of Protectable Information,” Ethics in the Workplace (McGraw Hill 1994).

A veteran trial lawyer and litigator, Miles’s practice focuses on complex business/corporate litigation, intellectual property, and entertainment/media disputes. Miles routinely handles high-profile matters; and has successfully represented Will Smith, The Black Eyed Peas, the heirs of Boris Karloff, as well as many others.

Miles has published numerous articles and has appeared on E!, Bloomberg, Aljazeera, National Public Radio (“Which Way LA?” and “To The Point”) and WebProNews.

Miles earned his B.A. in Rhetoric from U.C. Berkeley and his J.D. from U.C. Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law. From 2007‐2009 Miles served as a Co‐Chair of the Entertainment Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Miles is currently a member of the Entertainment and Intellectual Property Section of the Los Angeles Bar Association and of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. Miles' charitable endeavors have included serving as legal counsel to the Board of Directors of Rock the Vote Educational Fund, a well‐known non‐profit organization dedicated to increasing political participation, and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Surfing Lawyers (ASL). Miles is also active in the Surfrider Foundation and is a member of Heal the Bay.
