Social Enterprise Speaker, Author, Field Leader: Building an economy built on purpose, not privilege.

Before becoming a full time free agent, Lynch served as the President and CEO of Social Enterprise Alliance from 2011 to 2015. From 2003 until mid-2011, he led Rebuild Resources, Inc., a nationally recognized non-profit social enterprise in St. Paul, Minnesota that exclusively employs recovering ex-offenders. After starting and selling a direct mail business in college, he worked from 1980 to 2001 in the advertising industry, the last 14 years as founder and principal of Lynch Jarvis Jones, a social enterprise ad agency whose mission was to create positive social change through the power of advertising and marketing. Lynch is the primary co-author of Mission, Inc., The Practitioner's Guide To Social Enterprise, a highly regarded, practical book that focuses on the day-to-day challenges and opportunities faced by social enterprise practitioners.
