Meghana Kulkarni

Writer, Survivor Advocate & Global Health Corps Fellow at Together for Girls

Meghana Kulkarni is from Ann Arbor, Michigan. While earning a Bachelor of Arts in women's studies at the University of Michigan, Meghana discovered her passion for advocacy as the coordinator of men's activism at the Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center (SAPAC). In this role, she developed and facilitated bystander intervention workshops for the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) and Greek Life. After graduating, Meghana served as the director of outreach and community engagement at PAVE: Promoting Awareness | Victim Empowerment where she developed the SafeBAE (Before Anyone Else) initiative to prevent sexual violence in high school. Meghana is now a Global Health Corps fellow at Together for Girls.
