A sought after leader in the area of corporate affinity groups, Taylor-Jones consults to many Fortune 500 corporations on the ROI of doing business domestically and globally leveraging in-house talent to influence: recruiting, retention, branding and building strategic partnerships. Prior to starting her own practice, Michelle has over 21 years of experience as an Executive leader in Talent Management, Executive Recruiting, Diversity and Inclusion, at Bank of America and MassMutual Insurance Corporation. Michelle has numerous honors including recognition by the Network Journal magazine as one of "25 Influential Women in Business" Michelle is a sought after speaker and has been featured in Black Enterprise magazine, Uptown Magazine and the Media as a subject matter expert on women-owned small business banking and Venture Capital She is also a co-founder of Black Women of Influence (BWOI), a New York Based organization for Mid-Level and Executive Multicultural women, and Author of Sonnets from My Soul, a collection of poetry published as a gift to her children.
