Her mission in life is to help people eat more plants without putting them to sleep (the people, not the plants).

She creates cookbooks, digital programs and provides weekly inspiration through her popular newsletter and blog. Molly creates all of the content, takes all of the pictures and develops all of the recipes for her website, books and programs.

Molly grew up in a teepee in New Mexico and has never eaten meat in her life. She prides herself on being inclusive and never preachy or judgmental about food. She’s not afraid to tell other vegans that one of her favorite people is Anthony Bourdain.

Molly says, “everyone is on their own food journey and that’s perfectly fine. You can still incorporate more whole plants into whatever diet you’re following.”
