Molly Napolitano has spent over 25 years in the health, fitness, rehabilitation and wellness arenas. She has created exercise prescriptions for the elderly, developed and directed physical therapy centers and worked in the corporate wellness space. Molly's true passion is improving the confidence of women and young girls. She teaches women how easy it is to make small changes in their lives that dramatically improve their overall health and happiness. She also hosts free self-esteem workshops for young girls and their mentors through the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty. She is currently working on a book for young girls that will empower them to stay clear of the “mean girls” while encouraging infinite growth of their strength and confidence. Molly holds both Bachelor and Master's Degrees in Exercise Science from the University of Florida. She lives and in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and her dog Jessie.
