Monyka Berrocosa, a native of Montreal, Canada, has been living in Baltimore, MD since 1998. A successful business owner for over 13 years she combines corporate know-how with entrepreneurial achievement and is recognized as one of the Mid-Atlantic area’s most vocal, accomplished and involved advocates for women in business. Through her consulting company (Grape Ventures LLC) she offers outsourced CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) expertise as well as media and event conception, production and marketing for a wide range of clients in the US as well as abroad.

Her work as an outsourced CMO led her to founding her second business in 2007, a media company directed to serving the unique and growing needs of women in business, MyCity4Her.com.

Ms. Berrocosa is a recipient of the Red Cross’ prestigious National “Woman of Spirit” award (2007), the SHERO award (2007), the Smart CEO Brava award (2008), and in 2009 she was named a Red Cross Unsung Hero for her work with the Tiffany Circle. In 2010, she was also named NAWBO’s “Businesswoman of the Year” and received a Top 100 MBE Award. Recently she was honored with an Achievement Award from the Greater Baltimore Committee for the contributions and efforts made through her work at MyCity4Her.

Monyka is currently engaged and living in Baltimore County with her fiancé, her 9 year old son, 11 and 12 year old step sons and her mischievous (breed?) dog.
