Morée Scofield

Digital + Community Manager, Water.org

As Community Manager, Morée Scofield is a voice, storyteller and strategist for Water.org in the digital-social space. Morée manages Water.org’s online communities to promote Water.org’s efforts for safe water and the dignity of a toilet for all. Additionally, she manages the organization’s digital fundraising and annual campaign advocacy efforts.

Morée’s experiences serving orphaned children in China, Haiti and Mexico led her to become an active advocate for solutions to the global water and sanitation crisis. By combining these experiences with her formal education and professional background, she brings more than ten years of marketing and development experience to Water.org. Her career leading up to this role consisted of marketing and promotional direction for Fortune 500 Companies, to developing her own company with a give-back program to benefit communities in need of safe water. Just prior to joining Water.org, Morée developed and directed a program for a leading youth organization that engaged adolescents to take action to help solve the water crisis.
