Moti Rafalin is the co-founder and CEO of WatchDox, a provider of secure mobile productivity and collaboration solutions. Prior to WatchDox, Rafalin worked for EMC where he led the acquisition of nLayers, established the business unit and transformed it into a profitable business, doubled its team and quadrupled its revenue as well as led multiple acquisitions and OEM deals, and was instrumental in the technology strategy and technical integration vision for EMC’s biggest acquisitions - Documentum and VMware. Rafalin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, with a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
