Elizabeth Peace is a former communications director on Capitol Hill who now works as a public affairs officer. Prior to working on Capitol Hill, she was an evening news anchor for CBS affiliate KMEG and Fox 44 in Sioux City, Iowa. She has worked for more than a decade in print, radio and broadcast journalism. She is a former security forces officer in the Air Force now married to an active duty Marine. They live in the DC area with their two children. As Mrs. Capitol Hill DC America 2018, she will compete for the title of Mrs. DC in April with her platform The B.L.U.E.print Campaign to end sexual assault.
