My years of experience training, as well as coaching and inspiring others, has led me to launch this blog to reach a broader audience that would like to learn more about how to get in good running shape. I am going to be honest: running not only takes a certain level of passion, but also lots of commitment in terms of time and effort. It is not just about winning races nor having a good body, but it is also about developing a sense of well-being and mindfulness in your life. In order to succeed in running, you need to be completely dedicated—body and mind—to it. Quitting is not an option!
