Novelist, Shakespeare adaptor
Nicole Galland’s fourth novel, I, Iago (William Morrow Trade Paperback Original), a retelling of Othello in which the “true” motivations of literature’s greatest villain are revealed, will be released tomorrow.
She has been a director and dramaturge of Shakespeare’s work on both coasts, and is the co-founder of Shakespeare for the Masses (S4M) at the Vineyard Playhouse on Martha’s Vineyard.
She recently married Billy Meleady, the actor whose portrayal of Iago inspired her to write I, Iago. To learn more about Nicole and her novels, please visit www.nicolegalland.com
