I am Managing Director of Feedback, an environmental organization campaigning to end food waste at all levels of the food supply chain. We catalyze action on eliminating food waste globally, working with governments, international institutions, businesses, NGOs, grassroots organisations and the public to change society’s attitude toward wasting food. I oversee Feedback’s work. I joined Tristram Stuart in 2011 and have since worked on managing the design, organization and delivery of Feedback’s campaigns, including Feeding the 5000, Gleaning Network, The Pig Idea, the Food Surplus Entrepreneurs Network, and Stop Dumping. Previously, I worked for the environmental think tank Green Alliance on a campaign for a low-carbon EU budget, at The Climate Group, Forum for the Future and Waste Watch. I am originally from Greece. I came to London in 2006 to complete a Masters at the London School of Economics in the Department of Geography and Environment. When not solving the food waste scandal, I enjoy climbing, learning Turkish and European folk dancing.
