Nikki Schlecker is a founding team member and the Head of B2C Marketing at WayUp, the leading platform for college students and recent graduates to discover and apply to jobs and internships. Founded in July 2014, WayUp is a 50+-person startup in NYC and was named by CNN as one of the 30 most innovative companies changing the world. WayUp's users represent over 5,300 campuses in the U.S., and WayUp has worked with companies of all sizes -- from startups to Fortune 500's like Google, Starbucks, and Disney. After graduating from UPenn in 2012, Nikki went on to work for Red Bull in their marketing department. She currently lives in NYC and spends her days exploring the city and spends her nights at the theatre and on the hunt for the best french fries.
