Nina Lutz was born in Berlin Germany on February 2, 1995 and move to Santa Cruz, California before her fist birthday. She has traveled extensively; visiting Europe, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Thailand, Bali, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia. She was born an artist and animal lover and has grown up drawing and painting the real world and many imaginary ones.
Nina was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer, in the spring of May 2012, her junior year of high school. She now studies at UCLA. She loves traveling, hiking, art, movies, and her rescued dog, Rosie.
