Nkem DenChukwu was born on July 4. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networking, and a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration. Her real love is in Creating Writing and Filmmaking. Since she delved into the arts in 2012, she has 4 inspirational books, 10 films under her belt, and counting. Her creative verses have been featured in the July 2014, May 2015, and June 2016 Editions of The Oprah Winfrey Magazine - O. Nkem has been interviewed by Melanie Lawson (ABC 13 News), Matt Musil (CBS 11 News), and Esther Githui Ewart (VOA - Voice of America). She was also interviewed live by Emmy Award Winner, Fox 26 News Anchor, Melissa Wilson, during the 2014 Black History Month to talk about her books and films. Nkem is an advocate for battered women, men, and children. She continues to strive to achieve her dreams. She lives with her family in Texas.
