Co-founder / CEO, Noise

A New York City native, Noah began his career as a DJ at 14 yrs. old, spinning in nightclubs across the country, performing as stage DJ for artists like Jennifer Lopez, and appearing on The Today Show and The Tonight Show. In college, Noah founded the first online Hip Hop one-stop, which led to a position managing online marketing for the VH1 Group.

At 25 yrs. old, Noah co-founded the product development and marketing agency noise (www.noisenewyork.com) with the mission of transforming the way brands engage young adults. Noah plays the dual role of CEO and Chief Creative Officer at the agency. noise has been featured twice on 60 Minutes as the place “to go to influence the choices of that fickle, unpredictable 20-something demographic.” In 2010, noise was acquired by Engine, a European holding company. At 27 yrs. old, recognizing an opportunity at the intersection of music and brands, Noah launched his third company Soundproof. Soundproof signed music producers like Quincy Jones, David Foster, and Babyface to exclusive deals for original commercial music production.

At 29, Noah co-authored Chasing Cool with the former CEO of Barneys. Published by Simon & Schuster, Chasing Cool, a book about pursuing one’s own vision instead of chasing another's, is furnished with insights from the likes of Clive Davis, Ian Schrager, Tom Ford, and Richard Meier. Chasing Cool has been featured in such media as NPR, CBS News, Forbes, Vanity Fair, GQ and was highlighted as one of Advertising Age’s “Top 10 Books You Should Have Read” in 2007.

Noah has been featured in Billboard Magazine’s “Top 30 Under 30 most influential business executives” and as one of AdWeek's "Top 20 under 40." He has keynoted conferences for Old Navy, Moet Hennessy, Major League Soccer, Fairchild Publications, and eBay. He is also a contributing writer for Forbes. Noah is a graduate of Cornell University where he studied Psychology and Economics.
