Noell Yanik’s unique strength-training-meets-yoga style helps women stand taller, look leaner, and gain major confidence. The confidence she found in fitness allowed her to take a leap of faith and quit her job in sales to become a personal trainer. Since becoming a personal trainer, Noell has launched Superwoman Video Series, a subscription-based online workout program. For Noell, being a trainer is more than helping people look their best, it’s about teaching them that they are stronger and more capable than they thought possible.
