Dr. Norma Patricia Esparza is a clinical psychologist and assistant professor, researcher and Deputy Head of Psychology at Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland. Was a consultant for the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse of the World Health Organization (WHO).

She grew up in rural Mexico and Santa Ana, California. Attended Philips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire and graduated from Pomona College in Claremont, California, with a major in psychology. She earned a Masters and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago.
