Pam Ferderbar is the walking embodiment of Byron's observation that, "Truth is always strange, stranger than fiction." People often accuse Pam of "making sh*t up," but monumentally weird stuff happens to Pam on a regular basis; stuff so monumentally weird she could't make it up if she tried. Feng Shui and Charlotte Nightingale, Pam's novel about a young woman with the worst luck in the world, and the Chinese food delivery man who takes pity on her, is only slightly autobiographical although anyone who knows Pam will recognize certain events and mishaps as being 100% legit. Pam believes weird stuff happens to everyone, and around everyone, but that she pays attention to it and jots it down. Pam is a member of the Writers Guild of America, the Directors Guild of America, and is President of the Coalition for Photographic Arts. She writes essays for the Wisconsin Public Radio series "Wisconsin Life" and conducts writing workshops. Author website: www.pamferderbar.com Email: pam@pamferderbar.com
