Pamela Patterson, CEO of West Company

Pamela Patterson has been guiding the company since 2004. She secured ongoing funding from the Small Business Administration -- Women's Business Center (renewed 2008)and Humboldt University Foundation- Small Business Development Center (2007).She is a California Association of MicroEnterprise Opportunity director of the board, sits on the Economic Development and Financing Corporation, and a participating member of the local Workforce Investment Act consortia and executive committee. Most recently has been leading a USDA program to assist farmers with business training and development. As a member of Mendocino County's rural community grows and processes food. She was hired to deliver program training and business advising in 1998 for West Company. She came to this position with several years of business management experience and business ownership.
