Pat Williams

Former U.S. Congressman

Montana's Pat Williams served 18 years in the U.S. House of
Representatives. Those years represent more consecutive terms (9) than the
voters of Montana have ever given to any other Representative. From his
election in 1978 until 1997, Williams was a House Deputy Whip, Chair of the
Labor-Management Committee as well as the Committee on Postsecondary
Education. He now is a professor at the University of Montana.
