Patricia Gordon MD (UCLA School of Medicine ’82, Harvard ‘78) retired from her Beverly Hills radiation oncology practice of 28 years to dedicate her life to overcoming the tragic and needless cervical cancer epidemic. She recognized that many more lives could be saved by establishing sustainable cervical cancer screening and treatment programs in resource-poor regions throughout the world. In collaboration with volunteer medical professionals and ground partners, CureCervicalCancer has established dozens of self-sustaining clinics in Africa, Southeast Asia, Haiti, and Latin America since 2013.
