Evaluator, Public Policy Leader & Vice President, Public Works

Patty O’Driscoll, MPA, is an evaluator and public policy leader in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), professional development, education reform and workforce development. Through her work as vice president at Public Works, O’Driscoll has gained extensive experience providing educational and social service evaluation and project management support to a wide range of projects that educate and inform children, youth and families. Managed by O’Driscoll, Public Works is the statewide and local evaluator of the California Department of Education’s California Mathematics and Science Partnership (CaMSP) Program and puts CaMSP evaluation data into action by providing support, tools and resources to 55 partnerships that include school districts, county offices and higher education partners throughout California. Public Works is an evaluation services non-profit founded in 1998 and based in Pasadena, Calif. O’Driscoll earned her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Washington’s Graduate School of Public Affairs, and a BA from the University of California Santa Cruz in Politics and Community Studies.
