Paul Bernard is an innovative executive coach and career management advisor with more than 20 years of experience. He is the founder and principal of Paul Bernard & Associates, an executive coaching and management consulting firm. Before opening Paul Bernard & Associates in 1989, Mr. Bernard held senior management positions in both the financial services and publishing industries.

Paul’s unique executive coaching services have helped hundreds of executives in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia improve their management skills and find creative solutions to difficult business problems. His industry focus includes financial services, media, health care, manufacturing, logistics, the law, technology, the arts, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Paul has discussed career and organizational design issues on many television and radio programs, including: "Today in New York" (WNBC-TV), "Financially Speaking" (WEVD-AM), and CNN. Businessweek.com regularly quotes him on career issues. His work with clients has also been featured in The New York Times, The Financial Times, and Newsday.

Recently, he has published a series of innovative articles on career opportunities and challenges facing the 50-year-old+ generation. Mr. Bernard holds a B.A. from Fordham University, an M.A. from Duke University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, the American Society for Training and Development, the Human Resource Planning Society, and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Paul Bernard lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
